The little story

Apple Day Orchard

Apple Day Orchard is a low house with miniature fruit trees growing beside the door and baskets waiting to be filled. It is the kind of place that makes you want to plant something.

Pomme the orchard owl has counted the apples twice. The third count will be a pie, Pomme says, and a small stack of books is kept close by for the recipes.

Pull up a basket and stay a while. The orchard is patient, and the tree by the door always has something new to share.
