Public pages
Public pages and published casas set no cookies. The address decides the language, so there is no language cookie, and nothing follows you from page to page.
When you sign in
Signing in sets a session cookie and a security token that protects forms from cross-site requests. Both are essential to keep you signed in and end with your session. While you sign in with an outside provider, a short-lived cookie ties the return trip to your browser.
Kept in your browser
A few public pages remember small choices in your browser’s local storage instead of a cookie: whether ambient motion is paused, casas you saved on Explore and the stamps you collected from Casa of the Day. Clearing this site’s data removes them.
No advertising or tracking cookies
We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Visit counting for casas, where it is switched on, is cookieless and aggregate. This list will be checked against the live service before it becomes final.
Changes and contact
If a cookie that is not essential is ever needed, we will ask first and update this page. Questions: Privacy contact: to be confirmed.
