Premium tiles, one at a time
Any premium tile can be yours for a $7 license, forever, on any plan.

Mail forwarding
Forward mail from your own domain to one verified inbox. It runs on your own Cloudflare account and DNS. Sending mail from that domain is a separate thing.

Registering or renewing a domain, and any promotion budget, is paid for separately from your plan.

You can turn sponsored casas off on any plan, free included.
Connected social feeds are a planned paid feature. Which networks we offer will depend on what each one allows.

How renewals, cancellations and refunds work
- Plans are billed once a year and renew automatically until you cancel. The annual total, currency and taxes are shown before you pay.
- Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the paid year, then your casas move to Free and keep everything you made.
- Moving to a cheaper plan takes effect at renewal. Paid features pause then; posts, media and settings are kept.
- A new plan, a renewal or a premium tile can be refunded in full within 14 days, on request; a person reviews every request. An approved refund ends what it paid for and never deletes your content.
- Premium tile licenses are separate from plans: changing or ending a plan does not remove a tile you bought.
Questions, answered
When am I charged?
Paid plans are billed once a year in USD, starting the day you choose one. They renew automatically each year until you cancel, and we email you before every renewal.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown before tax. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
Yes, any time from Billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid year, then your casas move to the plan you chose. Billing shows exactly what would pause before you confirm.
What happens to posts above a smaller allowance?
Nothing is deleted. Every post you made is kept and stays editable; you can add new ones once a casa is back under its allowance or on a larger plan.
How do premium tiles work?
Each premium tile can be unlocked once for $7, for one workspace, forever. A plan with the premium library includes every premium tile while it is active. Changing or ending a plan never removes a tile you bought.
What happens to my custom domain if I cancel?
Your casa keeps its free .mini.casa address, and your custom domain sends visitors there. It is served again as soon as a plan that includes it returns.
Can I get a refund?
You can request one from Billing. A person reviews every request. An approved refund ends what it paid for and never deletes your content.
Who handles my payment?
Payments go through Stripe's secure checkout. Mini Casa never sees or stores your card number.
