What you can and cannot do with a casa, in plain words.

The short version
Make casas that are yours to make. Do not use Mini Casa to hurt people, break the law or trick visitors. These rules cover everything a casa shows, links to or collects, and every agent acting for you.
Not allowed
Illegal content; harassment, threats or hate aimed at people; sexual content involving minors; impersonating a person or an organization; malware, phishing or pages that collect passwords or payment details under false pretenses; spam and deceptive redirects.
Other people’s work and data
Publish only what you have the right to publish. Collect visitors’ personal data only for the purpose you state, with their consent where it is needed, and never sell it.
Domains and offers
List a domain for sale only if you control it. Do not invent traffic, revenue or trademark claims, and do not use an inquiry form to take payments.
Agents and automation
Agents and scripts act within the scopes you grant and the limits of the API. Do not use them to probe other people’s casas, scrape private data or get around limits.
What happens when rules are broken
Anyone can report a casa from its page. We may hide a casa from Explore, take it offline or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we tell the owner why unless the law prevents it. Appearing in the neighborhood has its own friendlier bar: see the neighborhood guidelines. Questions or appeals: Contact email: to be confirmed. Adult content
Adult content between consenting adults is allowed if the casa is labeled 18+ in its settings. Only people who are 18 or older may publish an adult casa. Adult casas sit behind an 18+ notice, are kept out of Explore, The Spotlight, promotion and search indexing, and may not collect subscribers or use paid plans until we say otherwise. We may apply the label ourselves when a casa is not labeled; the owner is told and can dispute it. Draft wording for counsel to review.
Never allowed, even with a label
Anything sexual involving minors; sexual content made or shared without the consent of the people shown, including intimate images shared to hurt; content that is illegal where it is published or viewed; credible threats; and content that encourages self-harm.
