Neighborhood guidelines
What we ask of a casa before it joins the neighborhood, in plain words.
We are still checking this text with legal advice, so some wording may change before Mini Casa opens to everyone. When it does, the date below changes too. 8 company details are still marked “to be confirmed”.
Policy version 2026-10-draft, last updated 2026-10-25.
The short version
The neighborhood is where people wander and find casas. It is for all ages, so we keep it friendly, real and welcoming. Listing is always your choice and you can unlist at any time. Your casa keeps its address and its page either way.
What belongs here
A casa that is family-friendly, really yours, honest, and has something to look at. When you list your casa you confirm it follows these guidelines.
Family-friendly
Nothing 18+: no sexual, graphic or otherwise adult content. Adult casas are welcome on the site when they are labeled 18+ in their settings, but they stay out of the neighborhood. They remain reachable by their link.
Really yours
Show who you are or what you make. Do not pretend to be another person, brand or organization, do not copy someone else’s casa as your own, and do not use someone else’s name or picture to mislead.
Honest and kind
No spam, scams, phishing or misleading links. No hate or harassment, nothing illegal, and no private details about other people. The acceptable use rules still apply to everything.
Something to look at
A name, plus a little story, a few links or a post. An empty casa cannot be listed yet; add a few words and try again.
How we check
When you list your casa, and when a listed casa changes a lot, an automatic check reads its text: the name, story, link names and addresses, and posts, with email addresses and phone numbers hidden. It never reads your account details or looks at images, and it never deletes or suspends anything. If something looks off, your casa simply stays out of the neighborhood, we tell you why, and a person can take a look. You can change your casa and try again.
Reports and changes
Anyone can report a casa from its page. We may take a casa out of the neighborhood if it does not follow these guidelines, and we tell the owner why. When we update the guidelines, casas that are already listed stay listed and we ask the owner to confirm again the next time they open their settings. Questions: Contact email: to be confirmed. Draft wording for counsel to review.
