Terms of service
The plain-language rules for using Mini Casa.
We are still checking this text with legal advice, so some wording may change before Mini Casa opens to everyone. When it does, the date below changes too. 8 company details are still marked “to be confirmed”.
Policy version 2026-10-draft, last updated 2026-10-25.
Who we are
Mini Casa is operated by Company: to be confirmed, Registered address: to be confirmed. These terms apply when you create an account or publish a casa.
Your account
You sign in with your email and password, Google, or a verified email link. Keep your sign-in methods safe and tell us if you think someone else has access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or older if the law where you live requires it. To buy a paid plan you must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission. We may close an account we learn belongs to someone under the minimum age. Draft wording for counsel to review.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you put in your casas. You give us permission to store, render and publish it so the service can work. You are responsible for having the right to publish it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mini Casa to break the law, harass people, impersonate others, spread malware or collect other people’s data. We may take a casa offline when it breaks these rules.
Plans and payment
Paid plans and premium tiles are sold under our separate Terms of Sale (/legal/terms-of-sale): prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and your withdrawal right. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Ending your account
You can export your data and delete your account or any casa from Settings. Deleted data can be restored for a recovery window and is then erased, apart from records we must keep by law.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Governing law and venue: to be confirmed. Questions: Contact email: to be confirmed.
Adult content and age
You may publish adult content only if you are 18 or older and you label the casa 18+. Labeled adult casas are kept out of Explore and promotion and may be restricted from paid plans and audience email while our payment and email providers’ rules are confirmed. See the acceptable use rules for what is never allowed. Draft wording for counsel to review.
