Brass Eye Tower
Brass Eye Tower is a tapered astronomical tower with a pointed roof and a long viewing instrument pointing up through the top. It is built for watching the sky, but it is also a good place to sit with a book and wait for the stars to come out.
Brass is the patient astronomer. Brass keeps a compass by the door, a stack of heavy books on the shelf and a lantern burning beside the entrance, so nobody has to climb the stairs in the dark. Brass adjusts the lens a little at a time, because the interesting bits take a while to come into focus.
Climb up and take a look. Brass will tell you that the future is still a little blurry, but that the good parts are getting clearer.
