Cheese Please
There is room at the board. Pull up a chair.
Cheese Please is a glass-roof pantry with stocked shelves and a narrow side entrance, with a cheese wedge, a little pear and a fresh loaf.
Cheese Please
Cheese Please is a sunny little kitchen with a golden wedge of cheese, a ripe pear and a crusty loaf waiting on the board. The shelves are stacked, the light is warm and there is room at the table for everyone who drops in.
Gouda is the crumb inspector, and Gouda takes the job very seriously. Gouda checks every crumb, counts the holes in the cheese and keeps an eye on the cellar, where a secret shelf holds a label that says: for someone who needs a good day.
Pull up a chair and help yourself. The pear is perfectly ripe, the bread is still warm and the conversation can go wherever it likes. Gouda will be pleased to hear that you took your time.
