Cocoa Mill
Make something a little richer, one bean at a time.
Cocoa Mill is a working miniature mill with turning sails and a lean-to store room, with a chocolate bar, roasted beans and a candle-topped cake.
Resident Nib, chocolate engineer
Cocoa Mill
Cocoa Mill is a busy little chocolate works with sacks of roasted beans by the door, a bar of chocolate scored into neat squares on the counter and a cake waiting for the afternoon shift. Everything in the mill is made slowly and made well.
Nib is the chocolate engineer. Nib keeps the machines humming and the beans in order. One cocoa bean rattles around the mill like a tiny maraca, and Nib has promoted it to head of the afternoon shift for its excellent sense of rhythm.
There is always room at the counter for a visitor who wants to see how the mill works. It is a rich, warm place to tell the story behind the things you make, bean by bean and square by square.
