Fossil Fieldhouse
Fossil Fieldhouse is a gabled specimen cottage with a large spiral fossil on a display stand by the door. Books line the shelves, a compass rests on the table and every object seems to have a label, a date and a story.
Fern is the fossil finder. Fern dusts off the old finds, reads the marks in the stone and keeps a careful record of who was going where. Fern is the first to say that creatures this old were clearly on their way to something good.
It is a tidy, curious page for the things you collect, study or explore. Bring a magnifying glass, pull up a stool and read the labels slowly.
