Midnight Noodles is a lantern-lit kitchen where the bowls are big, the broth is hot and the noodles are, as always, extra long. A little glow hangs over the counter for anyone who arrives late.
Nori is the late-night host. Nori has stretched the noodles a little further than usual, filled a steaming bowl for whoever walks in and set a chili on the counter for anyone who likes things warm.
