Resident Maple, the breakfast marshal
Pancake Parade
Pancake Parade is a breakfast stall on wheels, with a tall stack of pancakes, a jar of honey and a steaming cup of coffee. Everything about it smells like a slow morning, and the stack is always a little taller than it should be.
Maple is the breakfast marshal. The smallest pancake rolls out first to greet you, and Maple has given it a very important job. Nobody has asked what the job is, and nobody needs to.
It is a cheerful page for cafes, brunch makers and anyone whose best work happens before lunch. It has room for a menu, a few pictures and a friendly line for the people who come by.
