Taco Tempo
Taco Tempo is a wheeled street cart with a striped canopy, a serving counter and an ingredient display. A folded taco sits up on the canopy, while a ripe chili and a little tomato wait by the counter.
Pico the salsa conductor taps the counter and all the peppers sway. Lights blink under the canopy and a little steam curls up from the counter, so you know lunch has arrived exactly on time.
Pull up, take a seat at the counter and let the rhythm set the pace. Nothing here is rushed, except the first bite.
