Resident Drift, the river collector
Driftwood Drift
Driftwood Drift is a curved-roof houseboat with soft waterside colors, floating where the river bends. Its deck is full of things the water brought in: a shell, a brass compass and a basket of finds nobody else would have kept.
Drift, the river collector, is at home here. Drift has a habit of gathering treasures from the bank and sorting them with care, and every piece seems to have a story waiting to be told.
Step aboard and the boat rocks gently, the way a good conversation does. It is a warm place to bring the things you have collected along your own journey, one small find at a time.
