Shadow Stage
A little stage where every story gets a spotlight.
Shadow Stage is a little stage with parted curtains, glowing marquee bulbs and front steps, with a film camera, a film reel and a reading lamp.
Resident Shade, curtain keeper and story wrangler
Shadow Stage
Shadow Stage is a small theatre with a warm marquee, two soft curtains and a front step made for taking a bow. Everything is set for the show, even if the audience is only you.
Shade keeps the curtains. Shade says a shadow often waves before its owner does, and that it is the surest sign a story is getting excited. Ask nicely and Shade will lift the curtain a little.
A film camera on its stand is ready to roll, a tall lamp keeps the stage warm and a reel waits for the next scene. Bring one idea and the rest of the stage will fill itself in.
