Collect newsletter signups and export them responsibly
Say what people are joining, keep pending, confirmed and unsubscribed apart, and export only what you need.
Choose what people are joining before enabling the form: a launch notification, a regular newsletter or another specific list. State the sender, topic and frequency. Select the correct language and test the confirmation and unsubscribe journey with an address you control.
A submitted address is not necessarily a confirmed subscriber. Keep pending, confirmed and unsubscribed states separate. If a confirmation link expires, let the person request a fresh link; do not silently mark them subscribed. Creating a Mini Casa account does not subscribe someone to your newsletter.
Export only the list you are authorized to manage. Include the relevant consent status and evidence so the destination provider can apply the same choices. Protect the exported file and delete unnecessary working copies. Do not reimport unsubscribed people as active subscribers.
Signup collection, newsletter sending and incoming email forwarding are separate features. Confirm which sending service is configured before announcing a delivery schedule. If unsubscribe fails, pause further campaign sends to the affected person and use support to resolve the state before resuming.
