Report a casa or request a review
Report a casa from its page or through support, with the exact address and the specific content, and know what happens next.
Use the report option on the public casa, or open support and include its exact address. Choose the reason that best describes the problem and identify the specific content or behavior. A short explanation and relevant timestamp are more useful than repeated reports.
Include only evidence you are allowed to share. Remove passwords, private messages unrelated to the report and unnecessary personal information from attachments. Do not publish someone’s private details to support your complaint. If a link points to harmful content, describe it without asking other people to visit it.
Save the report reference. Submission confirms receipt, not a decision to remove the casa. The review team may ask for clarification, restrict a particular feature or take action under the applicable policy. Reporter details should not be exposed publicly.
If your own casa is restricted, read the notice and use its review or appeal route. Explain what you believe is incorrect and provide relevant evidence. Avoid creating replacement accounts to evade the restriction. Billing and domain ownership questions should go through their own support paths.
